This application is for condonation of 9056 days' delay caused in preferring first appeal against judgment and award dated 18/4/1992 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pusad in L.A.C. No. 379/1990.
Shri Shinde, learned Counsel for applicants, has made a statement that in the event delay is condoned, applicants shall not claim any interest on the enhanced amount of compensation from the date of award till this application is allowed.
For the grounds mentioned in the application, delay is found satisfactorily condoned. In view of statement made as aforesaid and law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Imrat Lal vs. Land Acquisition Officer (2013 DGLS (SC) 1065), delay of 9056 days is condoned.
