V.I.D.C., which is the acquiring body, was not a party before the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.164/2002.

By these applications, the acquiring body has sought leave to file an appeal after condoning the delay of 84 days. In view of the reasons stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the delay condonation application, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Leave granted to file an appeal.

Both civil applications stand disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any. Civil Application (CAF) No.4194/2019 The acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation as per the award. Hence, implementation and execution
