Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

This Court as per the order dated 30/10/2018 directed the appellants to deposit the decretal amount within a period of eight weeks. Earlier the appellants have deposited Rs.2,14,25,949/-. Still there is deficit of Rs.9,03,170/-. Hence the directions. The appellants are permitted to deposit an amount of Rs.9,03,170/- within a period of 15 days from today. Respondent No.1 is at liberty to ask for withdrawal and it will be decided on merit.
