By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.5.2016, transferring the petitioner from Varthi to Jaitpur.

It is stated on behalf of the parties that all the transfers have been stayed and the State Government is looking into the complaints filed by several employees. It is stated that since all the transfers have been stayed, there is no question of the petitioner joining at the place of his transfer, at this stage.

In view of the stay granted by the State Government to all the transfers that are effected, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no orders as to costs.
