By this application, applicant is seeking stay to the execution of the judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.43/2007 decided on 6.3.2017.

It is seen from the record that this appeal is admitted by this Court by order dated 28.11.2019. The appellant has also deposited the decreetal amount and respondent no.1 was permitted to withdraw 75% amount as per the order dated 28.11.2019.

In view of above, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the appeal. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
