As per judgment dated 18.12.2015 and the separate order passed on same day, matters are listed today. Advocate Shri De appearing for Official Liquidator has filed a pursis which points out the company applications which are rendered infructuous because of judgment dated 18.12.2015 and four company applications which survive. There are two separate synopsis with the pursis, first synopsis is marked as Exh. 'X' and the later synopsis is marked as Exh. 'Y' for identification. Copy of this pursis is already served upon Advocate Shri Sarda, Advocate Shri Madkholkar, Advocate Shri Bhangde and learned counsel Shri Phadke appearing for Court Receiver. Advocate Shri Karode, Advocate Shri Gaikwad, Advocate Shri Markandewar, Advocate Shri Paunikar and Advocate Shri Kadu are present on behalf of some of the
