The petitioners have sought to raise challenge to the order dated 21/06/2021 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) thereby granting the approval to the appointment of respondent No.3 on the post of In-charge Headmaster for the period from 05/07/2021 to 04/09/2021. It is, however, pointed out by the learned Counsel for respondent No.3 that petitioner No.2 on 06/08/2021 has given his no objection to the continuation of respondent No.3 as the In-charge Headmaster.

02] Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners was granted time to obtain instructions from petitioner No.2 in that regard. On instructions, it is submitted that petitioner No.2 has signed the said consent letter dated 06/08/2021. In view of aforesaid, we are not inclined to consider prayer clauses 1 and 3 in the writ petition. 03] Another grievance raised by the petitioners is with regard to the manner in which approval was granted to

23.wp.2879.21 2/2 respondent No.3 as well as alleged financial misappropriation. In that regard, the petitioners have made a complaint to the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati. On 14/07/2021, the Deputy Director of Education issued a communication to the Education Officer (Secondary) to examine the aforesaid complaint and take further steps in that regard. It is informed that till date, no further action has been taken in the matter.

04] In view of aforesaid, respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary) is directed to take necessary steps in terms of communication dated 14/07/2021. While doing so, due opportunity shall be given to all concerned parties. The decision taken by the Education Officer (Secondary) be communicated to the concerned parties. The entire process be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

05] With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
