Present application is for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.186 of 2023 registered at police station City Kotwali, Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 498-A, 294 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicant is the husband of the informant and there was a matrimonial dispute between them which went to such extent that First Information Report came to be lodged by the informant against the present applicant. 4.

As per the allegation in the report the informant was subjected for ill-treatment for illegal demand and she was abused and assaulted by the present applicant. With this allegation, the crime was registered. 5.

During the pendency of the application, both have settled the dispute and now the informant is residing along with the present applicant. They both are present

25.aba.340.23.odt before the Court. I personally verified with the informant and she has submitted that now she is residing along with the applicant.

Considering that now the allegations are withdrawn by the informant and she is residing with the present applicant, the ad-interim anticipatory protection granted to the present applicant deserves to be confirmed. 7.

In view of that I proceed to pass following order :

(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant Claudius s/o Benedict Louis in Crime No.186 of 2023 registered at police station City Kotwali, Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 498-A, 294 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, be released on anticipatory bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
