1] After hearing this matter, we expressed a view to the petitioner that since he has admitted students without approval from the nodal body and without any batch of students being allotted to him, we would be dismissing this petition.
2] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would withdraw this petition and make a fresh proposal, which would enable the Competent Authority to consider whether he should be granted any batches of students.
3] In view of above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. If the petitioner desires to move an application to the Competent Authority for seeking approval and for allotment of batch of students, the Competent Authority
