1] When this matter was called out in the first session, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he would have to study the file. He, therefore, was permitted a pass over and we informed the learned Advocate that this matter would be considered after lunch recess and he should be prepared.
2] After the lunch recess when this matter was called out, the learned Advocate for the petitioner was not present. Though his name was displayed on the display board, he has not appeared. Earlier, this matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner on 06.06.2017, 18.07.2017, 07.08.2017 (none present for the petitioner), 29.08.2017 (none present for the petitioner), 19.09.2017, 10.11.2017 and 15.01.2020.
