Learned counsel Mr. Bhandarkar, has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, who was earlier appearing in person in these writ petitions.

A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this Court shows that by a detailed order dated 28.02.2018, this Court had rejected the prayer for interim stay made on behalf of the petitioner. As a consequence, the petitioner was required to deposit entire arrears of amount pertaining to interim maintenance as directed by the Court below by order dated 10.03.2016 and to continue to pay such monthly interim maintenance to the daughter. It was made clear by order dated 2.5.2018 that such deposit of arrears of amount and payment of maintenance shall be subject to the result of this petition. But, the petitioner has failed to make such deposit of arrears of interim maintenance amount and there is nothing to show that he is making payment of interim monthly maintenance to the daughter.

WP1188-17&405-16.odt In this situation, the petitioner is granted six weeks time as last chance to deposit the entire amount towards arrears of interim maintenance as directed by the Court below in the impugned order, failing which writ petitions shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
