By this application, the Applicant seeks to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs Only) deposited by the Applicant in this Court in pursuance to the order dated 08.05.2019.

The revision has been disposed of by the order dated 08.03.2022 under which, it has been recorded, that the Non-Applicant no.2 has received the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) as full and final settlement of her claims as indicated in her affidavit dated 28.02.2022 filed with Pursis Stamp No.7 of 2022, considering which, the application is allowed.

The amount of Rs.2,00,000/- be refunded to the Applicant.
