Both these applications are filed by the petitioners/applicants for amendment and thereby, the petitioners want to raise certain grounds, in addition to the grounds already raised in the petition. The petitioners also want to bring on record events germane to the cause involved in the present petition.

Shri Kaptan, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent No.4 opposes the applications.

However, considering the nature of dispute and the proposed amendment, the application are allowed. 5.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
