In the present matter by the order dated 26.10.2023 on the application of Advocate Shri S.R.Charpe, for withdrawal of his appearance, this Court has discharged him from appearance on behalf of the petitioner in the matter.

Immediately, thereafter, the notice was issued to the petitioner for engagement of another Counsel. The office note shows that the notice for engagement of another Counsel to petitioner was returned unserved with bailiff remarks that the given address of the noticee does not exist. In the present matter, no one is appearing on behalf of the respondent also.

The record shows that due to this contingency, this matter is not proceeded further. Hence, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
