Pursis dated 26th November, 2018 signed by Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nagpur is placed on record stating that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 will assist the petitioners in taking the charge of the affairs of the society. It is further stated that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 will ensure that records would be entrusted to the newly elected committee and in view of the above, the impugned order would not survive. In view of this solemn statement made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, nothing survives in the petition. The statement made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the impugned order loses its efficacy is accepted. The writ petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
