The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Municipal Council has filed an affidavit stating therein that the services of the petitioners, who are still in service would be regularized as per seniority. It is stated that if the Municipal Council would regularize the services of the petitioners in service as per their seniority, the grievance should stand redressed.
