The writ petition has been dismissed against respondent no.2 as per the orders passed by the Registrar (J.) on 25th February, 2015. The impugned order is in favour of respondent no.2 and its legality cannot be examined in the

In view of the above facts, the writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
