Heard Shri S.D. Chande, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The challenge is to suspension, pending Departmental Enquiry, on the charge of misleading/ cheating and corruption.

The order of suspension is issued on 19.04.2017. Only contention is, the petitioner was in-charge for four months and real offender is another person who fabricated signatures.

We cannot embark on inquiry at this stage. Keeping all contentions open, we dismiss the present petition. No order as to costs.
