The learned Counsel for the appellant does not dispute that the office objection is in conformity with the proviso below clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and seeks further time to deposit the deficit amount of court fees.

Hence, four weeks' time is granted to deposit the deficit amount of court fees.
