This is an application for condonation of delay of 36 days caused in filing the First Appeal. The appellant is driver of uninsured vehicle who is challenged the award passed in M.A.C.P. No. 15 of 2010. The appellant canvassed that due to financial crunches, he was unable to file the appeal within stipulated period.

Taking into account, the appellant is a driver and short length of delay and in the interest of justice, delay stands condoned. Civil Application stands disposed accordingly.
