Heard learned counsel Shri G.L. Agrawal appointed for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.R. Rode for the respondents. The petitioner has enjoyed his last furlough between 9.10.2015 to 24.10.2015. Similarly, he has surrendered after last parole on 8.4.2016. Thus, the period of six months, therefrom, expires on 8.10.2016. In this situation, interest of justice can be met with by directing the respondents to release the petitioner on furlough leave, as per law, immediately thereafter. We find that the petitioner has, on all occasions without fail, reported on due date. Accordingly, the writ petition is partly .....2/-
