Mr. Tushar Darda, the learned counsel counsel for the petitioners,states that since the issue in regard to the ownership of Plot No.1088, Sheet No.49 of Pusad, is in issue, in a Civil Suit pending between the petitioners and the respondent no 2, the petitioners are not desirous of prosecuting the Writ Petition till the issue is decided.
