The petitioner by virtue of the present petition is seeking remission of sentence. However, as per the letter dated 3.02.2024, issued by Superintendent Central Prison, Amravati it appears that the petitioner has undergone his sentence and already been released. 3.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as withdrawn.
