CORAM : SMT.VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.S. CHANDURKAR, JJ.
DATE : JANUARY 8 , 2016.
None appears for the petitioner and the respondent, when called.
The challenge in the present writ petition is to the communication dated 02.07.2003 issued by the respondent cancelling the work order issued to the petitioner for supply of Liquid Chlorine Gas.
The record indicates that the petitioner was granted the work order for the year 2003-04. While admitting the writ petition on 08.08.2003, this Court had granted interim relief staying the effect and operation of the impugned order. As a consequence, the purpose for filing the writ petition appears to have been served and the petitioner must have supplied the Liquid Chlorine Gas for the year 2003-04.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
