DATED : 18 /07/2018 1] Petitioners (20 in numbers) seek intervention of this Court to protect their alleged possession over a water tank belonging to a private person i.e. respondent no. 5. 2] Shri A.M. Kadukar, learned AGP has pointed out as per the documents placed on record, the civil suit filed by petitioners in 1997 was dismissed by Civil Court at Saoner. Appeal filed against it is dismissed by District Court at Nagpur in 2012. High Court has dismissed the second appeal on 20/11/2015 and then Hon'ble Apex Court has dismissed further challenged in the year 2016.

3] In this situation, it is apparent that the approach to this Court by petitioners is misconceived and erroneous. 4] Petition is accordingly dismissed with costs of Rs. 2,000/- payable to High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur by petitioners. JUDGE JUDGE Ansari
