Present appeal is under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, challenging the judgment and award dated 12.02.2020, passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pusad, in L.A.C. No.403 of 2012.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Appellant to serve the notice to the respondent No.1. C IVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.2441 OF 2022.

By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in L.A.C. No.403 of 2012, on depositing the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest including the statutory benefits within ten weeks.

The effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in L.A.C. No.403 of 2012 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated
