Insofar as the entire amount falling to the shares of respondent-claimant Nos. 1, 4 and 5 is concerned, it is permitted to be withdrawn. The amount, falling to the shares of respondent-claimant Nos. 2 and 3, which is directed to be deposited in fixed deposit, is directed to be continued in the Fixed Deposit Receipt of Nationalized Bank as per the choice of respondent No.1 for a period of five years and same shall be renewed till hearing and disposal of the appeal. The amount of interest accrued on the Fixed Deposit Receipt in the names of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall be permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.1.
