On 8th August 2017, we have passed the following order :- "1.
Heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri M.G.Rathi , learned counsel for the respondents, for some time.
On last occasion, after issuing some directions because of assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents, the order was recalled. Today again, we find that the respondents are trying to raise only technical objection.

Shri Patil, learned counsel states that the post at Warud is still vacant.

If that post is still vacant, it shall not be filled in until further orders of this Court in the matter. 5.
List the matter on 16.8.2017 as requested by Shri Rathi, learned counsel for the respondents." 2.
Thereafter, the petitioner has filed an affidavit on
06.10.wp.2911.17 25.9.2017 pointing out that vacancies are available under Warud Panchayat Samiti. The petitioner is ready and willing to work on any of the vacant posts.

In this situation, we direct the respondents to pass necessary orders and transfer the petitioner in Zilla Parishad Higher Primary School, Bahada under Warud Panchayat Samiti, within next two weeks.
