Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The DNA report is not yet received. The Chemical Analyzer report shows bloodstains on the clothes of the present applicant. At this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to move before this Court after the DNA report is received.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
