This petition is not on board. However, it is not in dispute that the subject matter is same and the counsel appearing for the parties are also the same. The issue is, therefore, covered by the orders passed today in Writ Petition Nos. 2880/2017, 2406/2017 and 2970 of 2017. 3.

Hence, with similar observations and directions, we dispose of the present petition also. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
