Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He has invited our attention to communication dated 24.3.2022 by which the authorities have directed to submit relevant documents in order to justify the claim made by petitioners. He states that the petitioners have already submitted said documents. If that is so, we direct respondent authorities to take appropriate decision by considering the documents submitted by the petitioners as per communication dated 24.3.2022. This exercise shall be done within six weeks from today. Petition is disposed of.
