The petitioner was working on the post of Veterinary Doctor since 07.10.1988. He came to be superannuated from said service on 31.05.2019. It is claimed that on 10.09.1991, an application was made by him for change of date of birth from 15.05.1961 to 05.12.1962. No steps were taken thereafter, and ultimately on 18.11.2012 it was rejected. The Writ Petition was filed on 08.05.2019.

We are not satisfied about the explanation

Order 1806wp3603.19 for delay in making the application and persuading the matter. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
