The Petitioner has moved an application before the Respondent No.3 seeking correction in the revenue record and mutation of his name as co-owner of Plot standing on City Survey No. 509, Mouza Ambazari Taluqa & District Nagpur. While issuing notice in Writ Petition, the Respondent No.3 was directed to take necessary steps pursuant to the communication issued on 26.04.2022. Today, it is informed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that such steps have been taken and the name of the petitioner's father has been mutated in the relevant record. In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition is served. The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take further consequential steps in accordance with law within the time limit as prescribed, and preferably within a period of two weeks from today.
