This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Delay is of 18 days.

None appears for the applicant. Learned counsel Shri Kushal Daga appears for non-applicant Nos.7 to 10 and 13 and learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for non-applicant Nos.1 to 4. Though served, nobody is appearing for non-applicant No.6. Matter is already dismissed insofar as non-applicant No.5, 11 and 12 in view of orders passed by Registrar (J.).

Learned counsel Shri Daga submits that looking to the delay of 18 days only, he has no objection for condoning the delay.

Hence, for the reasons stated therein the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of as such.
