DATE : 02/05/2022 When these petitions were called out for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that as against the orders impugned before this Court, there is an alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioners of filing a Revision Application under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. On this KOLHE
2 / 2 21-WP 2829.2021 basis, a statement is made that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these petitions, with liberty to avail of the said alternative efficacious remedy. 2.
Hence, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to avail of the aforesaid remedy available to the petitioners.

Since, interim orders have been operating in these petitions, in the interest of justice, the interim orders are extended for a period of three weeks to enable the petitioners to avail of the alternative remedy.
