The learned Counsel for the appellants has submitted that the appellants do not want to proceed further with the appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Pursis St. No.3934/2019 is filed on record to that effect. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos.2 and 4 has no objection for the same. In view of the statement made on behalf of the appellants and in view of the pursis filed on record, the first appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.

The appellants are entitled for refund of court fees, as per rules. The respondent no.1 is entitled for withdrawal of the amount, if already not withdrawn.
