Heard Mr. R.M. Sharma advocate for the petitioners and Ms. Bhatia for the respondent no.1/caveator. This petition is circulated after mentioning in the morning, as according to the petitioners, the appeal before the District Court was fixed for pronouncement of judgment. When the matter is called out at 2.30 p.m., the learned Advocate informed that the judgment is already pronounced by the District Court. It is informed that the appeal filed by the petitioners is dismissed and the decree granted by the trial court for specific performance of contract is maintained.

In the above facts, I am not inclined to interfere at this stage. Petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Hirekhan
