However, this fact has not been mentioned in this application. The application also does not state anything about criminal antecedents of this applicant. This application is of the date 12.5.2017. After a period of about 1 1⁄2 months thereafter, the applicant has filed Pursis dated 1.7.2017, giving the details of the criminal antecedents. The application as filed
