Heard Shri Dhande, learned counsel for the revision applicant.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. Criminal Revision No. ______ of 2015 Shri Karmarkar, learned counsel prays for some time to file reply.
Shri Dhande, learned counsel submits that the learned Judge, Family Court No. 2, Nagpur by judgment dated 7-10-2014 passed an order thereby allowing the petition and directing the revision applicant to pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month each to the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 in that petition from the date of the order. He submits that the order passed by the learned Family Judge is unsustainable on more than one grounds. He further submits that in any case, the respondent no. 2, Chandrakant who .....2/-
2 appr84.15.odt has attained majority, will not be entitled for any grant of maintenance as the learned Judge of Family Court himself observed that he will be entitled for maintenance till he attains majority.
Shri Karmarkar, learned counsel submits that as per the say of the respondents, the applicant is in arrears of maintenance amount.
Learned counsel Shri Dhande for the applicant submits that the applicant to show his bonafides, would deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- in this Court within a period of three weeks from today and pray for ad-interim relief.
Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) subject to applicant's depositing an amount of Rs. 30,000/- in this Court within a period of three weeks from today.
