OPERATIVE ORDER In the result, this writ petition is allowed and following order is passed:- (i) The order dated 25.3.2019 passed by the Scrutiny Committee invalidating the claim of the petitioner for 'Kumbhar' OBC category is hereby quashed and set aside and claim of the petitioner for 'Kumbhar' OBC category is held to be valid. (ii) The Committee accordingly is directed to forthwith issue the Caste Validity Certificate in the name of the petitioner.
