Indira Jain, JJ Dated : September 20, 2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 4th December 2015, in Writ Petition No. 1514 of 2015.

It is stated that though the respondents were directed to compute the amount payable to the petitioner in accordance with the judgment dated 21.11.2013 and release the difference of salary to the petitioner within three months from 4th December 2015, the same was not released till the contempt petition is filed.

Shri Maldhure, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, states that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the amount has been released in favour of the petitioner. It is stated by referring to the affidavit that the delay in disbursing the amount to the petitioner is due to the administrative exigencies.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that recently the amount payable to the petitioner is

2 cp178.16 released in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
