DATE : October 20, 2022 Civil Application No.1827 of 2021 The respondent has filed this application stating therein that with effect from 09/04/2021 the Planning Authority is the Nagpur Improvement Trust and the subject matter lies within the territorial jurisdiction of the Nagpur Improvement Trust. In view of aforesaid, the petitioner shall substitute the Nagpur Municipal Corporation as respondent with the Nagpur Improvement Trust.

The substitution be carried out within a period of one week. Civil Application is disposed of.
