By this application, the applicants are seeking dispensing with filing of illegible pages in the charge sheet and supplementary charge sheet. 3.

We deem it appropriate that if typed copies are filed, the same would be beneficial for all the parties. We therefore reject the present application Rgd.

Order 2807apl598.25 with a direction to the applicants to file typed copies of illegible documents within a period of one week, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
