In pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared for the examination. In the examination conducted, the petitioner has also been successful.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The respondent no.3 is directed to release the original marksheet and the degree certificate of the petitioner. Judge Judge J.
