In the order dated 28th March, 2016 in paragraph No.3 "U.L.P. No.209/2015" be deleted and substituted by "U.L.P. No.212/2015" so that said para reads as follows: "In the meantime, there shall be stay to the order dated 22.5.2015 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Akola and also the proceedings U.L.P. No.212/2015 pending before the Industrial Court, Akola, until further orders."

The order be corrected accordingly. The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
