On oral prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned counsel is permitted to correct the typographical mistake occurred in the application i.e. "claimant nos.1 to 6" instead of "claimant nos.1 and 6". The amendment be carried out forthwith.

(4) Considering the reasons stated in para 3 of the application, the applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount, which has been deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court on 24.04.2015 alongwith interest accrued thereon.
