The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the application of the petitioner for relocation of the saw mill from Khanapur, district Sangli to Kharbi, district Bhandara.

In the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that the respondents would consider the application of the petitioner and decide it expeditiously.

We fail to understand as to why for five long years the respondents have failed to consider the application of the petitioner. Be that as it may. Since the respondents in the reply have stated that they would consider and decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously, we direct respondent no.1 to decide the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from
