Mr. Meghe, learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 argued that nothing survives in this petition as nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. It is pointed out that even on last occasion i.e. on 23.07.2025, none appeared for the petitioner and to grant one opportunity the matter was posted on 13.08.2025 however, the matter could not reach on that date it is listed on board today. Today also none appears for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present matter. Accordingly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
