th DECEMBER , 2022 The present application is filed by the applicant for addition of his name as the legal representative of late Tulsabai Raghupatrao Thakre who had executed the 'Will Deed' in his favour. 2.

The finding was recorded by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Amravati on 08/02/2019 pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 03/12/2018 determining the question of validity of the 'Will' executed by late Tulsabai on 30/4/2010. The appellant filed their objection to the said finding. However, there is no impediment for adding the name of the applicant, in view of the fact that, the 'Will deed' is executed in his favour. The addition of the name of the applicant will be subject to the objection raised by the appellant herein vide Civil Application No. 1193/2022. As such, the application is allowed. The name of the applicant be impleaded as

5.CAS 661.18 in SA 19.12 the party respondent. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.

Shri J.J.Chandurkar, learned counsel waives notice for newly added respondent.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
