Shri De has tendered a pursis dated 22.3.2016. It is signed by petitioner as also learned counsel. It is accompanied by a communication dated 6.12.2004 sent by respondent no. 4 to respondent no.2.

Advocate De submits that as mentioned in the pursis the claim of petitioner is met with and petitioner is satisfied with the same. As the claim is redressed, the petitioners does not want to prosecute the writ petition.

Pursis is taken on record as Exh. 'X'. Its copy is served upon the learned AGP.
